Refund and Return

At Jaya Surveying, we are committed to delivering high-quality new and used surveying equipment backed by trust, experience, and excellent customer service.

As a trusted partner to professionals and institutions across Indonesia and Southeast Asia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • New Equipment: Returnable within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  • Used Equipment: Returnable within 30 calendar days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received.
  • Must include original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice.
  • Products must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom orders or modified items.
  • Software or licenses that have been activated.
  • Calibration services or repair fees.
  • Clearance, “as-is,” or final sale items.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. For exchanges of the same item, contact our support team immediately upon receiving the product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item sent).
  • Restocking fees of up to 15–20% may apply for used or opened items.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or faulty.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, especially for high-value equipment.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Support via WhatsApp or Email within the return window.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos or documentation.
  3. Our team will review and provide a Return Authorization (RA) and return instructions.
  4. Ship the item to the provided return address once authorized.

Important Notes

  • Unauthorized returns or returns received outside of the return window may not be accepted.
  • Equipment showing damage from misuse, improper handling, or modification will not be refunded.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
